Wooden handles for Agriculture
This is the first line of wooden handles developed by Foppoli Bramin for one simple reason: the handles were in great demand by peasants and farmers for tools suitable for mowing lawns and cutting hay for feeding cows. Precisely the importance of agriculture and breeding in the Sondrio area made it possible for our company to develop a dedicated line.
This line includes the wooden handles for pitchforks, spades, rakes, oval hoes, small hoes and wooden handles for shovels of all kinds.
This line also includes all the wooden handles for tools intended for professional gardening and hobbyists: Foppoli Bramin gardening handles are in great demand in Europe for their high quality.
Forest line of wooden handles
Another line that began quite early in Foppoli Bramin is the one dedicated to the forests.
Getting the wood necessary to produce objects – including handles, in fact – and to build houses and keep warm in winter was a pressing need a few centuries ago, and this is how the Forest line was born and developed.
Today the collection of wood for building and the construction of furniture is no longer done manually, however the collection of firewood is quite often carried out by hand. It is here that Foppoli Bramin wooden handles give their best. They are also perfect for those tools used for fine work or to remove branches from larger trunks.
This line includes wooden handles for axes, adzes, “German” axes and pickaroons.
Wooden handles for construction and building
Initially Foppoli Bramin mainly addressed a territory with a radius of about 10 kilometers. The request for wooden handles was therefore limited to agriculture and the forestry.
However, the company soon grew and internationalized, expanding geographically to meet the needs of markets well outside of Italy.
This is how the Construction line was born, which is in great demand in North African countries and the Middle East.
