Compared to our old location, the new facility offers us larger spaces and an optimized division of operational areas. The production of wooden tool handles is now organized in a more linear and seamless manner, allowing us to enhance efficiency and speed up production processes. This enables us to meet delivery times more reliably and provide an even more dependable service to our customers.
The move has allowed us to divide activities across two separate facilities:
- The first is entirely dedicated to the production chain, where every phase of the work is carried out with care and precision.
- The second houses the administrative and commercial offices, the raw materials warehouse, and the finished product warehouse, ready for shipping.
This separation helps us optimize workflows, improve space management, and make logistics operations more efficient. And that’s no small achievement.
